Continue to the revered Jokhang Temple, the spiritual centre of Tibetan Buddhism, before exploring the bustling Barkhor Street, where pilgrims and traders gather in an atmosphere rich with Tibetan culture and devotion.

Continue past the magnificent Karola Glacier before arriving in Gyantse to explore Pelkhor Monastery and the famous Kumbum Stupa, renowned for its thousands of Buddhist images and intricate artwork. Proceed to Shigatse, Tibet’s second-largest city.

Take a day excursion to the breathtaking Namtso Lake, the highest saltwater lake in the world and one of Tibet’s most sacred lakes. Surrounded by vast grasslands, snow-capped mountains and endless blue skies, Namtso offers some of the most spectacular scenery on the Tibetan Plateau.

Board the famous Qinghai–Tibet Railway (4-berth soft sleeper), one of the world’s highest railways. Travel across the vast Tibetan Plateau, passing snow mountains, grasslands and remote wilderness. Keep an eye out for wildlife such as Tibetan antelopes and wild yaks while crossing the legendary Tanggula Pass, the highest railway point in the world.

游览中国最大的内陆咸水湖【青海湖】。辽阔湖面与高原草原相映成趣，蓝天白云下景色壮观迷人，是青海最具代表性的自然景观之一。

Fly back to Chengdu and spend the afternoon exploring the charming Kuanzhai Alleys, a historic district filled with traditional architecture, teahouses, local snacks and Sichuan culture.

搭乘航班返回成都，随后游览成都著名历史文化街区【宽窄巷子】，感受老成都风情，品尝地道四川小吃。
