Today, gather at Changi Airport for the flight to Kunming. Upon arrival, enjoy dinner before transfer to hotel for check in.

Take the high-speed train to Baoshan, then continue to Tengchong. Visit Bidun Coffee Estate (incl. one cup of coffee) to discover coffee cultivation and processing.

En route, stop at the Longjiang Grand Bridge Observation Deck, Asia’s largest steel-box suspension bridge in a mountainous region, renowned for its impressive engineering and scenic views.

早餐后乘动车前往【保山】，随后乘车前往【腾冲】。途中参观【比顿咖啡庄园】（含每人一杯咖啡），了解咖啡种植与制作过程。之后前往【龙江特大桥】（观景台），欣赏亚洲山区最大的钢箱梁悬索桥壮丽景观。

Visit Rehai Scenic Area (incl. round-trip tram), renowned as a “Geothermal Museum” with numerous hot springs and geothermal wonders.

Continue to the Old Tea Plantation, then explore the Dadi Tea Sea (incl. Leixiang Afternoon Tea), where lush tea fields, tea tasting and tea-picking offer an immersive countryside experience.

Next, visit Simola Wa Ethnic Village, a picturesque village surrounded by bamboo groves and terraced fields.

早餐后游览【热海景区】（含双程电瓶车），欣赏壮观地热奇观。随后前往【老茶园】及【大地茶海】（含雷响下午茶），体验茶园风光、品茶及采茶乐趣。下午游览【清水司莫拉佤族中寨】，感受依山而建的佤族村落风情。

Visit Heshun Ancient Town (incl. sightseeing vehicle), one of China’s most charming ancient towns, famous for its overseas Chinese heritage and unique blend of Chinese and Western architecture.

Continue to Dieshuihe Waterfall, China’s only urban volcanic barrier-lake waterfall. In the afternoon, check in to a hot spring resort and enjoy a relaxing soak.

早餐后前往【和顺侨乡】（含游览车），欣赏中西合璧建筑及深厚侨乡文化。随后游览【叠水河瀑布】，欣赏壮观的城市火山堰塞瀑布。下午入住温泉酒店，尽享温泉时光。

Visit Qiluo Ancient Town and explore its lively local market. Continue to Ruili to visit the historic Wanding Friendship Bridge before exploring Single Tree Forest, where a thousand-year-old banyan tree has formed a forest-like landscape through its remarkable aerial roots.

早餐后前往【绮罗古镇】，体验当地集市。午餐后前往【瑞丽】，参观【畹町友谊桥】，随后游览【独树成林】，欣赏千年榕树形成的独特热带奇观

Visit Jiegao Border Trade Zone, renowned for its unique cross-border culture and bustling trade. Continue to One Village, Two Countries, where a single village spans the China–Myanmar border.

Next, explore Mengbanaxi Rare Garden, home to ancient trees, petrified wood, root carvings and rare stones, earning the title of a subtropical botanical treasure house.

早餐后前往【姐告口岸】，感受浓厚边境贸易与异国风情。随后游览【一寨两国】，体验独特的边境人文景观。接着参观【勐巴娜西珍奇园】，欣赏树化玉、古树名木、根雕及奇石珍品。

Visit the magnificent Menghuan Golden Pagoda, the sacred landmark of the Dai people overlooking Mangshi. Continue to Menghuan Silver Pagoda (incl. sightseeing vehicle), featuring attractions such as the Sky Mirror, Moon Above, and Sign Language Zone.

Continue to Baoshan and explore Qinghuahai Wetland Park, known for its wetlands, migratory birds and the iconic Yongchang Pavilion.

早餐后游览【勐焕大金塔】，俯瞰芒市全景。随后参观【勐焕大银塔】（含游览车），打卡【天空之镜】、【月亮之上】及【手语区】等热门景点。下午前往【保山】，游览【青华海湿地公园】，欣赏湿地风光及【永昌阁】。

Travel to Liuku, the capital of Nujiang Prefecture. Visit Baihualing Lisu Music Town to experience the renowned Lisu Four-Part Choir, celebrated for its beautiful unaccompanied harmony.

Enjoy the traditional Lisu Hand-Grab Feast, then spend the evening exploring the local night market at your leisure.

早餐后前往怒江州府【六库】。参观【百花岭傈僳音乐小镇】，欣赏著名的【四声部合唱】。随后品尝傈僳族特色【手抓饭】，晚上自由漫步当地夜市。

Travel via Fugong to Gongshan. Admire the spectacular Nujiang Grand Canyon, the core area of the UNESCO-listed Three Parallel Rivers. 

Along the way, see traditional ropeways, vine bridges, and iron-chain bridges, earning the canyon its reputation as a living bridge museum. Continue to admire Tiger Leap, Flying Rock, and the iconic Stone Moon.

早餐后经【福贡】前往【贡山】。沿途欣赏【怒江大峡谷风光】，这里是世界自然遗产【三江并流】核心区。途中观赏传统【溜索】、【藤桥】及【铁索桥】，随后欣赏【老虎跳】、【飞来石】及【石月亮】等标志性景观。

Travel to the mysterious Dulongjiang (transfer to local vehicle required). Explore Dulongjiang Grand Canyon, one of the most pristine areas within the Three Parallel Rivers, famed for its deep valleys, crystal-clear river and untouched forests.

Continue to Longyuan Village to meet the famous Tattooed Women, then visit the emerald-green Pukawang (Jade River).

早餐后前往神秘的【独龙江】（需换乘小车）。游览【独龙江峡谷】，欣赏原始森林、高山峡谷及清澈江水。随后前往【龙元村】探访【纹面女】，并打卡【翡翠河】普卡旺。

Travel to the hidden paradise of Bingzhongluo, surrounded by the Gaoligong Mountains and Nu Mountains, at the heart of the Three Parallel Rivers.

Experience its rich ethnic heritage before visiting Ding Catholic Church and Puhua Monastery, an important Tibetan Buddhist temple.

早餐后前往世外桃源【丙中洛】，欣赏高黎贡山与怒山环绕的自然美景，感受多民族文化风情。随后参观【丁天主教堂】及【藏传佛教普化寺】

Visit the magnificent First Bend of the Nujiang River, then explore the unique Nu Ethnic Stone Houses while enjoying views of Peach Blossom Island and the sacred Gongdang Snow Mountain.

Continue to the peaceful Wuli Village, visit the dramatic Shimen Pass, and walk a section of the historic Ancient Tea Horse Road.

早餐后前往【千里怒江第一湾】，欣赏怒江峡谷壮丽景色。随后探访【怒族石板房】，远眺【桃花岛】及【巩当神山】。午餐后游览【雾里村】、【石门雄关】，并徒步体验【茶马古道】。

Return to Laomudeng Village. En route, visit the abandoned mountain town of Zhiziluo (Bijiang Abandoned Town), preserved as a living memory of the last century. Continue to Laomudeng Church, beautifully set among mountains, clouds and terraced fields, showcasing the unique cultural heritage of the Nujiang frontier.

早餐后返回【老姆登村】。途中游览【碧江废城—知子罗】，感受昔日山城风貌。随后参观【老姆登基督教堂】，欣赏高山、梯田与教堂交织的宁静美景。

Travel through Sanhe Township, enjoying the pristine scenery of the Nujiang Grand Canyon. Visit the historic Bathhouse Meeting Site, then continue to the scenic Xiaoshaba Scenic Area, where tranquil rivers and mountains create a peaceful atmosphere. End the day with a relaxing hot spring experience in the hotel.

早餐后前往【三河乡】，沿途欣赏【怒江峡谷】原生态风光，并于当地农家享用午餐。下午参观【澡堂会址】，随后游览【小沙坝景区】，感受山水交融的自然美景，之后入住温泉酒店，尽享温泉时光。

Return to Baoshan, then take the high-speed train back to Kunming. Upon arrival, transfer to the hotel and enjoy free time to stroll the nearby pedestrian street for shopping and local souvenirs.

早餐后乘车返回【保山】，随后搭乘动车返回【昆明】。抵达后入住酒店，可漫步附近步行街，自由选购伴手礼

After breakfast, gather at the designated time for flight back to Singapore.

早餐后，于指定时间前往机场送机，搭乘航班返回温馨的家–新加坡。
