Today, gather at Changi Airport for the flight to Chengdu. Upon arrival, pick up and transfer to the hotel for check in.

Travel to Mengding Mountain Tea Plantation (incl. round-trip tram), one of the birthplaces of world tea culture, renowned for its misty terraced tea fields and picturesque Thousand Li of Rivers and Mountains Tea Garden.
Continue to Xichang via the scenic Yaxi Expressway, often called the “Road Through the Clouds”. In the evening, stroll through the 600-year-old Jianchang Ancient City to experience its historic streets and southwestern Sichuan charm.
早餐后前往【蒙顶山茶园】（含往返电瓶车），欣赏层层茶园及【千里江山图】茶园景观。随后经【雅西高速】前往【西昌】，傍晚漫步拥有600多年历史的【建昌古城】，感受浓厚的川西南人文风情。
Visit Luojishan 99-Mile Hot Spring (incl. scenic shuttle & sightseeing shuttle), the world’s only natural waterfall hot spring, where cascading thermal waters create a spectacular bathing experience.
Continue to explore Qionghai National Wetland Park, followed by a leisurely walk through Dashiban Ancient Village, a traditional Yi settlement known for its stone-paved lanes and relaxing café culture.
早餐后前往【螺髻九十九里温泉】（含景区摆渡车及观光车），体验世界罕见的天然瀑布温泉。午餐后游览【邛海国家湿地公园】，随后漫步【大石板古村】，感受彝族古村风情与悠闲慢生活。
Travel to Panzhihua, China’s only city named after a flower. Visit the Jinsha River Observation Deck for panoramic canyon views, then enjoy seasonal fruit picking at a local orchard. Continue to Kapok Boulevard and browse the lively Fruit Market, famous for the city’s fresh tropical produce.
早餐后前往中国唯一以花命名的城市【攀枝花】。登临【金沙江观景台】俯瞰峡谷风光，随后前往特色水果采摘园体验时令水果采摘，再漫步【木棉花大道】及【水果集市】，感受阳光花城魅力。
Travel to Yuanmou Earth Forest (incl. round-trip tram), where millions of years of erosion have created extraordinary earth pillars, peaks and ravines, earning it the title of the “Eastern Natural Sculpture Museum”. Continue to Wuding for an overnight stay.
早餐后前往云南【元谋土林】（含往返电瓶车），欣赏历经千万年风雨雕琢而成的奇特土林景观，被誉为“东方自然雕塑博物馆”。随后前往【武定】入住酒店。
Travel to the historic Huize Ancient Town, once a prosperous copper-mining centre. Visit Jiajing Tongbao Square, Jiangxi Guild Hall (Wanshou Palace) and the Former Residence of Tang Jiyao.
Next, visit Niulanjiang River Bridge Observation Deck, where dramatic canyon scenery and the magnificent bridge create a breathtaking panorama.
早餐后前往【会泽古城】，游览【嘉靖通宝广场】、【江西会馆（万寿宫）】及【唐继尧故居】，感受古城历史文化。随后前往【牛栏江特大桥观景台】，俯瞰壮丽峡谷与大桥景观，再前往【昭通】。
Travel to Yanjin, China’s narrowest county. Visit the remarkable Hanging Stilt Houses by the River, witness the unique Train Passing Through the City, and explore Doushaguan – Five Parallel Passageways.
Continue to Yibin to admire the night view at Hejiangmen, where the Min River and Jinsha River merge to form the Yangtze River, before strolling along Guanying Ancient Street.
早餐后前往【盐津】，游览【悬空临江吊脚楼】、欣赏【火车穿城奇观】，随后参观【豆沙关五道并行】。抵达【宜宾】后欣赏【合江门】夜景，并漫步【冠英古街】，感受万里长江第一城的魅力。
Visit the historic Lizhuang Ancient Town, where Tongji University Former Site, Xuanluo Hall, and the Former Residence of Liang Sicheng & Lin Huiyin reflect its rich wartime heritage.
Stroll through the ancient stone-paved streets and enjoy the local specialty Lizhuang White Meat before returning to Chengdu.
早餐后游览【李庄古镇】，参观【同济大学旧址】、【旋螺殿】及【梁思成、林徽因旧居】，漫步青石古街。午餐品尝当地名菜【李庄白肉】，随后返回【成都】。

Recommended attractions include the Chengdu Research Base of Giant Panda Breeding, Chunxi Road, Taikoo Li, and Kuanzhai Alley, where you can experience Chengdu’s vibrant lifestyle and traditional charm before transferring to the airport hotel in the evening.
