No. This is a land journey. The fare covers the train itself, from the moment you board to the moment you step off, and you arrange your own flights to the departure city and home from the arrival city. Each of the three legs runs one way only, so please check the direction of your chosen date before booking.

Full-route travel aboard the Silk Road Express in the cabin you book, all meals and drinks on board, and the use of the dining cars, the lounge car, the 270 degree observation car and the other public spaces. In practice that is the welcome dinner on the evening you board and breakfast the next morning. There are no shore excursions, no sightseeing, no admission tickets and no ground transport at either end, and none are intended. This journey is the train.

包含：全程乘坐丝路梦享号列车（您所订舱房）、车上全部餐饮，以及餐车、客厅车厢、270度全景观景车厢及其他公共空间的使用。具体而言即登车当晚的迎宾晚宴与翌日早餐。不含任何岸上游览、观光、门票，两端亦不含地面接送，本线路亦无此安排。此行即列车本身。

The four-day journeys spend two full days ashore with a Destination Ambassador, a professional photographer, private vehicles, admissions and eight meals in all. This one has one night on board, two meals, and no time ashore at all. The train, the cabins and the service are identical; what differs is everything that happens off it. Guests often take this as a first taste, then book a longer journey.

四天行程含两整日岸上游览，配地面度假大使、专业摄影师、专属用车、门票，全程共八餐；本线路则为一晚车上时光、两餐，全无岸上行程。列车、舱房与服务完全一致，差别在于下车之后的一切。不少宾客以此作为初次体验，之后再预订较长的线路。

Fifteen carriages, 38 en-suite cabins and no more than 80 guests. The exterior is the world's first fully hand-painted luxury tourist train, carrying Han-dynasty cloud motifs painted by a team from the Tsinghua Academy of Fine Arts; the interiors are by HBA, their first luxury-train project. On board are two dining cars, a lounge car with a piano, a 270 degree observation car, a karaoke lounge, a games room with an automatic mahjong table and a cigar room. Each cabin receives a complimentary hour in both the karaoke and games rooms.

Twin, King and Family cabins are priced per person and sold on the basis of two guests sharing one cabin. The Grand Suite is sold as a whole suite at one price and accommodates up to two adults plus one child aged 12 or below; there are only two suites on board. No. Because this is a land journey there is no airport tax, and service is included in the fare, so no tipping is expected.

Holders of an ordinary Singapore passport do not. Since 9 February 2024 Singapore and China have a mutual 30-day visa-free arrangement. Travellers on other passports should check the rules that apply to them, and every passport should be valid for at least six months from the departure date.

持新加坡普通护照者无需签证。自2024年2月9日起中新两国互免签证，可停留30天。持其他国家护照者请自行确认适用规定。请确保护照自出发日起有至少六个月有效期。
