9-Day Tianfu Express · A Splendid Charm of Song Dynasty / 9天西南·锦绣宋韵归心之旅

Depart Changi Airport on your flight to Chengdu. On arrival you are met and transferred to the railway station to board the Tianfu Express. As the train rolls towards Xichang, a warm welcome ceremony and a cultural salon open the journey on board. After dinner on board, arrive in Xichang and check in to the hotel.

After breakfast, stroll along Qionghai Lake, a clear expanse of water on the edge of Xichang, and wander the quiet wetland shore. After lunch, continue to Jianchang Ancient City, where weathered walls and old trees hold the mixed character of Sichuan and Yunnan. In the evening, enjoy a fisherman’s banquet before boarding the train for Lijiang.

早餐后，漫步【邛海】，邂逅西昌一汪澄澈碧水，信步湿地浅岸，沉醉此间。享午餐后，续程前往【建昌古城】，斑驳古墙与苍劲古树相映成趣，您可在此沉浸式感受川滇交融的古朴风华。傍晚享用特色渔家宴，随后返回专列，前往【丽江】。

After lunch on board, the train stops at Lijiang and a coach takes you up to Shangri-La (about 2.5 hours). On arrival, enjoy dinner and check in to the hotel. Lowland option: this segment is replaced by Lijiang Ancient Town.

午餐后，列车停靠丽江站，随后从丽江乘车前往【香格里拉】（车程约2.5小时）。抵达后，享晚餐并入住酒店休息。温馨提示：非高原版此段行程调整为【丽江古城】。

Route A · A线

After breakfast, visit Pudacuo National Park, where clear lakes mirror snow-capped peaks and wildflowers fill the forests of the plateau. In the afternoon, stroll through Dukezong Ancient Town, stand beneath the world’s largest prayer wheel and join local Tibetans in a Guozhuang circle dance, the warmest side of everyday life on the plateau.

早餐后，前往【普达措国家公园】，澄澈湖泊倒映皑皑雪山，繁花幽林遍布其间，尽览原始高原风光。下午漫步【独克宗古城】，邂逅世界最大转经筒，与藏民共跳锅庄，感受最质朴热烈的高原人间烟火。

Route B · B线

After breakfast, visit Ganden Sumtseling Monastery, the “Little Potala Palace”: red walls, gilded roofs and tiered white buildings that carry the Tibetan Buddhist heritage of northwest Yunnan (note: the visit involves climbing steps at altitude; please choose with care). In the afternoon, visit a Thangka academy founded by a national-level master and paint your own thangka, a quiet encounter with an art sustained by faith for a thousand years.

早餐后，探访有“小布达拉宫”之称的【噶丹·松赞林寺】，红墙金顶、白宇层叠错落，沉淀着滇西北深厚悠远的藏传佛教文脉与虔诚信仰（备注：寺院参观需攀爬阶梯，可能引发高原反应，请谨慎选择）。下午前往由国家级唐卡大师创立的【唐卡画院】，亲手描摹一幅唐卡，在专注与静谧中触碰传承千年的唐卡艺术与信仰之美。

After breakfast, visit Tiger Leaping Gorge, where the river crashes against the rocks in a show of raw mountain power. Walk about six kilometres into the gorge, or take the shuttle straight to the viewing platform. In the afternoon, return to Lijiang and board the train to Baoshan; dinner is served on board.

早餐后，前往【虎跳峡】，激流撞击嶙峋巨石，山河气势磅礴。可选择约六公里徒步深入峡谷，亦可乘虎跳峡中转小巴车直达观景台悠然赏景。下午返回丽江，乘专列前往【保山】，晚餐于车上享用。

On arrival in Baoshan, continue to Tengchong (about 3 hours) for lunch. In the afternoon, wander Dadi Tea Sea and sit in a glass tea house among the hills as the occasional aircraft passes low over the tea fields. Then visit the Old School, a preserved 1960s campus, where a caravan-style feast brings the memories of western Yunnan into the present.

抵达保山后，前往【腾冲】享用午餐（车程约3小时）。下午漫步【大地茶海】，静坐山间玻璃茶室，偶有飞机低掠茶田，让心绪在暮色中渐渐归于安宁。随后前往【老学堂】，重温六十年代的校园旧时光，一席马帮佳肴，让滇西的过往记忆与此刻交叠重现。

Today has two routes, chosen before departure. In the afternoon both routes meet at Hemu Camellia Village for a home-style banquet cooked with pure camellia oil, an 800-year tradition that carries the wisdom of the mountains and the warmth of the countryside.

Route A · A线

Visit Rehai Park, where mist drifts through the valley and you can cook eggs in the natural geothermal springs, an unforgettable taste of the wild mountains.

前往【热海公园】，山谷云雾氤氲缭绕，可取一串温泉蛋以天然地热焖煮，留下一段难忘的山野际遇。

Route B · B线

Walk in the Gaoligong Mountains and meet the life of this secluded forest, then enjoy a jungle barbecue lunch at the hidden Wild Kitchen.

徒步【高黎贡山】，邂逅秘境山林的自然生机，于隐匿林间的山野厨房享用一场丛林烧烤，尽享野趣。

After breakfast, visit Jietou Village, a thousand-year-old border basin at the foot of the Gaoligong Mountains on the ancient Silk Road, and try the 600-year-old craft of traditional papermaking: make your own sheet of pressed-flower paper to take home. In the afternoon, stroll through Qiluo Ancient Town, a 600-year-old Tea Horse Road village, visit the Zhuangyuan old courtyard of earthen walls, grey tiles, old trees and banana plants, and taste caravan tea. After dinner, drive to Baoshan (about 3 hours) and board the train back to Chengdu.

早餐后，前往探访【界头村】，这座坐落于高黎贡山脚下的千年丝路边关盆地，体验传承六百年的非遗古法造纸技艺，您可以制作独属于自己的温润花草纸。下午漫步【绮罗古镇】，游览六百年历史的茶马古村，探访状元老院，土墙青瓦、古木芭蕉环绕院落，品尝马帮茶。晚餐后，乘车前往【保山】（车程约3小时），登上专列返回【成都】。

After lunch on board, it is time to say goodbye to the train. On arrival in Chengdu, transfer to the airport at the designated time for your flight home to Singapore.

列车上享用午餐后，将要和火车说再见了。抵达【成都】后，按指定时间前往机场送机，乘航班返回新加坡。
