Take the flight to Kunming, the city of eternal spring (reference flight MU5082, 1240/1700). Dinner is arranged according to the arrival time, then check in to the hotel.
今日乘航班（参考航班 MU5082，1240/1700）飞往四季如春的【昆明】。抵达后按航班时间安排晚餐，随后入住酒店。
Proceed to Kunming Railway Station VIP Lounge for a welcoming ceremony, then board the luxurious Star Express to Jianshui. Upon arrival, travel to Yuanyang Rice Terraces Scenic Area and visit Bada Rice Terraces, where the afternoon sunlight reflects beautifully across the layered terraces, distant mountains and sky. Check in to the hotel and enjoy dinner.
早餐后前往【昆明火车站商务贵宾候车室】，举行迎宾仪式，随后登上豪华【星光澜湄号】前往【建水】。抵达后乘车前往【元阳梯田景区】，游览【坝达梯田】，欣赏午后阳光映照层层梯田、霞光与远山交织的壮丽景色。傍晚入住酒店享用晚餐。
Early risers may visit Duoyishu Terraces to photograph the spectacular sunrise and sea of clouds (optional, weather permitting). After breakfast, explore Jianshui Ancient Town, including the Tofu Workshop, Zhu Family Garden and Daban Well, to discover local traditions and heritage. After dinner, stroll through the ancient town and ascend Chaoyang Tower for panoramic night views. Later, board the Star Express to Baoshan.
清晨可自愿前往【多依树梯田】拍摄日出及云海美景（视天气而定）。早餐后游览【建水古城】，参观【豆腐作坊】、【朱家花园】及【大板井】，深入了解当地传统文化。傍晚于古城享用晚餐后漫步古城，并登上【朝阳楼】俯瞰古城夜景。随后前往建水站，再次登上【星光澜湄号】前往【保山】。
Arrive in Baoshan and transfer to Tengchong, passing the magnificent Longjiang Bridge, spanning about 2.47km across the Longjiang Canyon.
After lunch, check in Tengchong Lost Stone Villa & Spa Hotel, designed by renowned architect Kengo Kuma, and enjoy its unique hot spring. You may take a cable car to Yunfeng Mountain, a Taoist sacred site since the Ming Dynasty, for panoramic mountain and cloud views.
专列抵达【保山】后，乘车前往【腾冲】，途中经过全长约2.47公里的【龙江特大桥】，欣赏横跨龙江峡谷的壮丽景观。抵达后享用午餐，并入住【腾冲石头纪温泉VILLA度假酒店】，感受独特温泉魅力。有兴趣的贵宾可乘缆车前往【云峰山】，感受滇西道教圣地风貌，俯瞰群山与云海美景。
Enjoy a leisurely morning and authentic Tengchong-style breakfast, followed by a stroll along the resort’s distinctive stone pathways. Continue to Rehai Scenic Area (incl. tram), one of China’s renowned geothermal destinations, featuring hot springs, thermal pools and steam vents, with the spectacular Big Boiling Pot as its highlight. In the evening, return to the Star Express and enjoy dinner onboard.
清晨悠闲享用腾冲特色早餐后，漫步酒店特色石头路。随后前往【热海景区】（含电瓶车），欣赏丰富的火山地热资源、温泉、热泉及喷气孔，其中以【大滚锅】最为著名。傍晚返回【星光澜湄号】专列享用晚餐
Enjoy a last generous breakfast on board, then say goodbye to the train. Continue to Fuxian Lake, the largest deep-water freshwater lake in China at a maximum depth of about 155 metres, so clear you can see the bottom, known as the sapphire of the plateau.
清晨在火车上享用最后一顿丰盛的早餐，随后与专列道别。下车后前往【抚仙湖】，这是中国最大的深水型淡水湖泊，最大水深约155米，清澈见底，有高原上的蓝宝石之称。
Visit Yiliang Cherry Blossom Valley, Yunnan’s largest and most comprehensive cherry blossom park, where bell cherry blossoms cover the hillsides in spectacular spring colours.
Enjoy authentic Yiliang roast duck for lunch. Return to Kunming and visit Dounan Flower Market, one of Asia’s largest fresh-cut flower trading centres, to experience the romantic atmosphere of China’s famous “Flower City”.
早餐后前往【宜良樱花谷】，欣赏云南目前面积最大、品种最全的樱花园区，漫山钟樱花盛放，景色如诗如画。午餐品尝正宗【宜良烤鸭】。下午返回【昆明】，途中游览【斗南花市】，感受亚洲大型鲜切花交易市场及“鲜花之都”的浪漫氛围
Visit Yuantong Mountain for cherry blossom viewing and join the annual Cherry Blossom Festival, enjoying the romantic spring scenery beneath the blooming trees. Continue to Yuantong Temple, one of Kunming’s oldest and most renowned Buddhist temples.
After lunch, explore Green Lake Park, known for its emerald waters and evergreen bamboo groves, then visit Yunnan Military Academy before returning to the hotel for rest.
早餐后前往【圆通山赏樱】，参加圆通山樱花节，在浪漫樱花树下赏花拍照。随后游览【圆通寺】，感受昆明历史悠久的佛教文化。午餐后前往【翠湖公园】，欣赏翠绿湖水与四季常青的竹林，接着参观【陆军讲武堂】。晚餐后返回酒店休息。
Free and easy after breakfast. Gather at the hotel at 1pm to visit the Jinma Biji archways, Qianwang Street and Nanping Pedestrian Street, with time to pick up local souvenirs at your own pace. Transfer to the airport in the afternoon for the flight home》
